Kate Anderson Design aka KAD has our own Luxury Kitchen and Interiors Showroom at 201/2 Emporio Place, Maroochydore QLD 4558.
Exclusive use of the kitchen showroom and interiors studio is all via appointments only.

Kitchens vary in size and scope of works from client to client, that's why we tailor our design service and kitchen renovation services in accordance with your needs. 
After receiving your brief and viewing your plans or site photos we can determine the size of the kitchen and the scope of services you require.   KAD can liaise with our fully qualified trade team including Builders, Plumber & Gas Fitter, Electricians, Tilers, Flooring specialist to provide you a team to help complete your renovation project from start to finish. 

What is the KAD DIFFERENCE?  Your KAD kitchen designer is then with you from start to the finish of your KAD project.

OUR KAD KITCHEN DESIGN SERVICE FEES START FROM $990+ GST*

For this service you receive the following:

  • KAD Kitchen Design Studio 1 hours Design Consultation – Including understanding of your design brief, full material product knowledge, colour placement with breakdown including Colour, Hardware, Cabinetry, Benchtop and Splashback and appliance recommendations so you can be fully informed on what you are investing in your new Kitchen Renovation. 
  • 1 x 1 hour In Home Design site measure for Kitchen Consultation.
  • 3 x 3D Kitchen Design Images based on your initial KAD Concept design brief. *Additional costs for detailed working plans & high definition 3D rendering and additional rooms (e.g. bathrooms, walk in pantry) will be charged accordingly.
  • 1 X Redesign service Free of charge, including 2x 3D Kitchen images.

If you have loved your experience with KAD so far, we can help you with the completion of your project together with all our qualified preferred trade teams including Installers, Plumbers, Gas fitters, Electrical, Builders, Tilers and Plastering needs. Release Fee for your KAD Design – If you decide to pay the release fee of your KAD designer kitchen detailed working drawings will be provided to you. From here you can then source your own cabinet maker to receive quotes and finish your project off with them, this makes your life easier. Why? All your quotes will be based on the same design and finishes so comparing apple with apples doesn’t become apples and oranges!

Release fee will vary depending on size of project design. Please note staring minimum Release fee is $2500.00 including GST.
